New to Pilates? Welcome to Vida Sana
Our small group Pilates classes are designed to support a steady, intentional practice. The work is structured, progressive, and taught in a way that allows you to build confidence over time rather than rushing the experience.
If you are new to classical Pilates, we ask that you begin with our Intro Offer, private lessons, or Foundation Classes. These options introduce you to the foundations of the work, the studio environment, and the equipment while offering more individualized guidance before joining ongoing group classes.
This approach ensures that you feel supported, prepared, and grounded as you step into a regular practice.
When movement is introduced with clarity and intention, it becomes something you return to.

*Grip socks are required while using the equipment. Don’t have your own? Before your class, head to the Vida Sana shop at the studio’s entrance and purchase a pair of our super comfy, anti-slip socks designed to enhance stability, optimize performance and ensure safety.

If you had a regular exercise or Pilates routine before your pregnancy, then as long as you have approval from your doctor, we’d love to have you join us at Vida Sana! Pilates is an excellent form of exercise during your journey of transformation, but we recommend avoiding any advanced-level classes and switching to private lessons that focus on Pilates for Pregnancy.

Pilates has the potential to develop an effective healing program. Our services cater to individuals with different injuries and limitations. However, before we can offer assistance, we need to evaluate the nature of the injury and the time frame required for recovery. We suggest that you reach out to us to explore how we can best serve you in your recovery. If we determine that Pilates is suitable for your recovery process, we’ll see you for private sessions, ensuring personalized attention and support, helping facilitate & accelerate your recovery process.

We are going to keep it real—the only way to see change and experience long-lasting results is to be consistent with your workouts. We recommend 2-4 Pilates sessions a week for optimal results. Joseph Pilates said it best, “In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions, you will see the difference, in 30 sessions, you will have a whole new body.”
Commitment is essential.

If all classes are fully booked, joining the waitlist allows you to be placed in the queue for the next available spot. When you join the waitlist, you are selecting that you can attend the class should it become available again.
*Waitlist policy: The waitlist will automatically add you into class up until THREE hours before class.
Please manage your waitlist reservations as you would a normal class that you’re booked into.
If you cannot make a waitlist reservation any longer, you must remove yourself from the waitlist.
Late Cancel and No Show Policies will apply if you are booked into a class from the waitlist and cancel within 12 hours or fail to show up.

We understand life gets busy and things don’t always go to plan, but to respect the time of our students & teachers, we have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes and a 24-hour cancellation policy for private lessons. If you are on the waitlist and then were promoted to the class, the same 12-hour cancellation policy applies.
*We do not accept cancellations through social media, email, or phone. You must cancel through the Vida Sana Studio App.
