Our intimate group Reformer classes are designed to help you fall in love with your body.

We blend contemporary & classical Pilates for a dynamic approach to fitness, giving you a full body experience that incorporates mindfulness, movement, and breath.

With a maximum of 6 people per class, you get personalized hands on corrections along with focused attention.

No experience is necessary. Wherever you are on your Pilates path, Our instructors guide you to tune into your body, connect with your breath and learn the practice at your own pace.

New to Pilates? Firstly, welcome to Vida Sana!

Our classes introduce you to the transformational Pilates method and are designed to help you fall in love with yourself through this practice.

We help you build a foundational practice, guiding you from beginner to advanced in an easeful way.

To support this, if you’ve never used a reformer Pilates apparatus, we require that you book at least one private lesson to help you learn the flow of your body and the equipment.

Personalized one-on-one support also helps us discover your capabilities and the best ways to serve you, allowing for lasting results and increased confidence once you decide to jump into the excitement of a group setting.

When you learn quality movement from knowledgeable teachers, pain-free living becomes the norm.

  • Anything you can move, sweat, and feel comfortable in while bending, stretching, and breathing deeply.

  • If you had a regular exercise or Pilates routine before your pregnancy, then as long as you have approval from your doctor, we’d love to have you join us at Vida Sana! Pilates is an excellent form of exercise during your journey of transformation, but we recommend avoiding any advanced-level classes and switching to private lessons that focus on Pilates for Pregnancy.

  • Pilates has the potential to develop an effective healing program. Our services cater to individuals with different injuries and limitations. However, before we can offer assistance, we need to evaluate the nature of the injury and the time frame required for recovery. We suggest that you reach out to us to explore how we can best serve you in your recovery. If we determine that Pilates is suitable for your recovery process, we’ll see you for private sessions, ensuring personalized attention and support, helping facilitate & accelerate your recovery process.

  • We highly recommend utilizing Pilates alongside other forms of exercise as it helps improve balance, coordination, flexibility and core strength, amplifying the results of all your workout routines.

    Pilates is a transformational practice all on its own. With a focus on mindful, controlled movement, precision, grounding, and intentional breathing, your results will ripple into every other area of your life. This practice allows you to reconnect with your entire being and tap into the mind-body connection, where you can explore deeper connections to your physical strength, self-esteem, and inner harmony.

  • We are going to keep it real—the only way to see change and experience long-lasting results is to be consistent with your workouts. We recommend 2-4 Pilates sessions a week for optimal results. Joseph Pilates said it best, “In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions, you will see the difference, in 30 sessions, you will have a whole new body.”

    Commitment is essential.

  • If all classes are fully booked, joining the waitlist allows you to be placed in the queue for the next available spot. When you join the waitlist, you are selecting that you want to attend the class should it become available again.

    *Waitlist policy: If a spot opens up more than 24 hours before the class start time, you will automatically be added. If it is less than 24 hours, we will call you to make sure you’re still available for the class.

  • We understand life gets busy and things don’t always go to plan, but to respect the time of our students & teachers, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes and private lessons. If you are on the waitlist and then were promoted to the class, the same 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

    *We do not accept cancellations through social media or phone. You must cancel through the Vida Sana Studio App.
